Utusan Pagi


nota hati ; berpagi pagi adalah rejeki walau roti bersama tuna chili, ia adalah satu nikmat tak terhingga sbb ia adalah feberet.....hehe...bangun pagi pagi bagi mencukupkan masa seharian kita, bangun lambat adalah satu kerugian kerna bukan saja lambat makan bahkan melambat peluang kita gi keje.

HEalth and fitness are not the same.FItness may not be health. Fitness is ability to perform a task but health means optimum condition of all our body system. WE may jeopardise our health for fitness like overexercising.

What do we don consistently to improve our body and make it perform at peak efficiency. Same thing mentally so do both exercise and innercise ( mental exercise by removing negative emotions)

never spend more than 10 % on problem. Spend 90% on solution
